NNC provides services under the following Terms of Service. By using NNC services, you agree to these terms.

Service Use
You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract and must not be prohibited by applicable laws from using our services. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, safeguarding account credentials, and all activities under your account. Please notify NNC immediately of any unauthorized use.
Code of Conduct
You are responsible for all activities and data under your account. You may not interfere with or disrupt NNC services or connected networks.
Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:
- Resource abuse: Excessive consumption of traffic, CPU, or disk I/O.
- Spam / UBE: Unsolicited bulk email, forged headers, compromised relays, or misleading sender information.
- Unauthorized probing, scanning, or penetration attempts.
- Harassment, threats, or other violations of lawful rights.
- Publishing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Distributing materials that incite discrimination, hatred, or violence.
- Uploading or distributing files without legal rights to do so.
- Illegal use: Any activity violating applicable laws or infringing intellectual property.
- Open proxy / Tor / anonymous proxy usage.
DMCA Notices
NNC does not tolerate copyright infringement. Upon valid DMCA notice, infringing content may be removed.
Refund Policy
Unless specifically exempted, NNC offers a 24-hour refund window. Refunds are not available for fraud, abuse, DDoS incidents, or excessive traffic usage.
Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Availability
NNC targets 99.9% annual uptime for hardware and network connectivity.
If SLA drops below agreed thresholds, service credit may be provided according to our compensation policy.
Network
We aim to provide high-quality connectivity in most regions, but cannot guarantee network quality in every location. Performance depends on routing, capacity, and current load.
During emergencies (e.g., DDoS, upstream failures), network quality may be degraded.
Backup and Data Loss
You are solely responsible for your own backups. NNC is not liable for data loss and cannot guarantee restoration from any maintenance backup.
Support Scope
Support is provided via ticket system. We support infrastructure-level issues related to your instance, but do not provide free support for third-party application configuration.
Notices
You agree that NNC may send notices by email, postal mail, or announcements posted on our services.
Entire Agreement
These Terms (including related policies and updates) form the complete agreement between you and NNC regarding service use.
